Test Automation Developer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain Python automation tools, test frameworks, and scripts that enable efficient
• Partner with QA, Engineering, DevOps, and other internal teams to understand requirements and
• Identify repetitive or time-consuming workflows and develop practical tools that improve accuracy
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines and jobs using Groovy, Python, and
• Monitor automated test executions, investigate failures, support root-cause analysis, and
• Validate software fixes and enhancements through targeted testing, regression testing, and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of professional Python development experience, with demonstrated ability to create
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Jenkins or comparable
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software
• Experience developing automation frameworks, software tools, or scripts that improve QA
• Practical experience with source control, including pull requests, branching, tagging, and
• Strong debugging capabilities across software, automation, test environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
