Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Review business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to understand system
• Design, document, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects using Jira or similar defect management
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Execute database and data validation testing using SQL queries where applicable.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
• Experience testing web-based applications and enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle
• Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect management tools.
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify testing gaps and risks.
