📋 Description

• Investigate logs and security events using Sophos tooling
• Identify and respond to threats in customer environments
• Communicate findings to technical and executive audiences
• Follow up with customers through resolution and provide recommendations
• Collaborate with security and threat response teams
• Research emerging threats and operationalize findings to protect customers

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to work outside standard hours; 24x7x365
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Customer service oriented with strong written and verbal communication
• Thrive in team environment as well as on an individual basis
• Minimum 3+ years in SOC or computer security
• Experience with threat hunting and endpoint/network monitoring
