• Identify and respond to threats in customer environments
• Communicate findings to technical and executive audiences
• Drive issue resolution with detailed, risk-reducing recommendations
• Interact with customers to fulfill requests across multiple channels
• Collaborate with core security and threat-response teams

🎯 Requirements

• Willing to work outside business hours; MDR 24x7x365
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication
• Thrives in a team environment and independently
• 4+ years in a SOC/IT security role with threat hunting experience
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and incident response
