🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, help desk, or similar
• Basic understanding of smart devices, mobile applications, web dashboards, connected equipment
• Ability to follow structured troubleshooting checklists and methodically investigate symptoms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document technical issues.
• Calm, patient, professional, and empathetic demeanor when supporting frustrated customers.
