🎯 Requirements

• Customer Support Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical support, customer
• Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of smart devices, mobile applications, web dashboards
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to follow structured troubleshooting checklists carefully
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate
• Documentation: Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately record customer
