🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical fields or customer-facing roles (support, help desk
• Basic understanding of smart devices, mobile applications, web dashboards, connected equipment
• Ability to follow structured troubleshooting checklists, investigate symptoms systematically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical instructions
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when recording customer information, machine details
• Calm, professional, and empathetic demeanor when handling difficult situations involving downtime
