🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical support, customer support, help desk, field-service
• Basic understanding of smart devices, mobile applications, web dashboards, connected equipment
• Ability to follow structured troubleshooting checklists carefully, investigate issues methodically
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document conversations, troubleshooting
• Calm, patient, professional, and empathetic when supporting frustrated customers or situations
