Total Rewards Analyst (Americas)

📋 Description

• Manage the benefits renewal process across Americas countries, coordinating with brokers, vendors
• Administer benefits enrollment and setup for new hires, ensuring accurate and timely elections
• Review, reconcile, and process vendor and carrier invoices, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Support administration of pension and retirement programs, including contributions, enrollments
• Draft and distribute clear benefits communications to employees, managers, and HR partners
• Monitor and support compliance with local benefits regulations and reporting requirements across

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards, HR, Benefits, or Compensation administration, ideally with
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
• HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred)
• Critical thinking
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Multi-country benefits knowledge
