🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English (C1) for client communication
• Good Japanese (B2) to support tour operations
• Currently living in Japan or have lived here for at least one year
• Deep understanding of Japanese culture, traditions, daily life, and current events
• Organized, reliable, motivated, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Cooperative and communicative, with a positive and professional demeanor
