Tournament Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end operational planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned esports tournaments
• Coordinate tournament formats, schedules, competitive structures, invitations, registrations, and
• Translate approved tournament designs and commercial requirements into clear plans, timelines
• Ensure tournaments remain aligned with agreed scope, budgets, timelines, quality standards, and
• Maintain event readiness by validating tournament systems, documentation, resources, dependencies
• Track dependencies, identify risks and blockers early, escalate issues when appropriate, and drive

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in tournament operations, esports, event operations, project coordination, or
• Strong understanding of tournament planning, competitive structures, and live event operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience coordinating multiple
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex operational information accurately and
