TPS Technician II, First Shift

📋 Description

• Manufacture TPS components and subassemblies for Terran R per safety and quality standards.
• Perform adhesive bonding: surface prep, mixing, application, vacuum bagging.
• Follow drawings, work instructions, specs, and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Safely operate hand/pneumatic tools and MES to document production activities.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality, and production to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Support downstream operations while upholding safety, quality, and shop organization.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Experience performing adhesive bonding operations (surface prep, adhesive mixing, application, vacuum bagging).
• Experience manufacturing or assembling flight hardware in production.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality flight hardware.
• Effective verbal and written communication with engineering, quality, and production teams.
