Trade Ally Manager I

📋 Description

• Support achievement of assigned trade ally participation, engagement, and recruitment goals through
• Execute assigned outreach activities to manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and other market
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with assigned trade allies, contractors
• Coordinate routine communication and follow-up activities with trade allies and internal
• Research and document responses to trade ally inquiries and route questions to appropriate program
• Support implementation of outreach campaigns, engagement activities, and trade ally participation

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located within the Spokane, WA area
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 2 years of professional experience in customer service, program support, outreach, sales support
• Experience working with external stakeholders, customers, contractors, vendors, or trade partners
• Experience maintaining records, tracking activities, and following established processes and
• Ability to execute assigned outreach and engagement activities using established guidelines
