Automate checks with Python and shell scripts
Perform root cause analyses for audits and continuity

🎯 Requirements

Production support experience in trading/fast-paced env
Strong Python, shell, SQL; familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, XML, FIX
Understanding of equities markets and OMS/EMS/SOR
Ability to read logs and FIX messages for root causes
Clear communicator; stay calm under pressure
Prioritize effectively in stressful situations
