📋 Description

• Act as a key client contact and subject matter expert for trade surveillance and monitoring
• Drive strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives across global compliance monitoring
• Develop performance metrics, reporting and analysis to identify opportunities to optimize
• Lead quality assurance across analyst reviews, maintaining high standards and identifying
• Oversee surveillance data quality and support issue, risk and change management to help ensure

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in trade surveillance or a front-office-facing role, with
• Strong knowledge of trade surveillance systems, processes and controls, including experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with client
• Experience managing surveillance change processes and ensuring business and functional requirements
• Strong time management and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
