📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions across e-learning, instructor-led, virtual, and
• Create engaging training materials, presentations, job aids, training videos, participant
• Prepare learning environments and supporting resources to effectively teach complex policy
• Facilitate virtual instructor-led and hybrid training sessions, ensuring learners remain engaged
• Reinforce learner understanding through coaching, follow-up support, learner communications, and
• Develop and maintain knowledge checks, quizzes, assessments, and interactive learner activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communications, business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design and training, preferably within a corporate
• Relevant instructional design or training certification is preferred, such as an ATD APTD or
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of adult learning theory, ADDIE, assessment design, and training
• Hands-on experience developing e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
