📋 Description

• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of virtual, public, and in-house training programs across
• Manage training logistics, including venues, catering, room setup, technology, learning materials
• Maintain accurate course, learner, and instructor information within the Learning Management System
• Collaborate with instructors, Sales, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure training sessions
• Support learners and instructors with questions related to course access, certificates, payments
• Monitor enrollments, cancellations, rescheduling, attendance, and course capacity, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, program administration, event coordination
• Previous experience coordinating both virtual and in-person training programs or events.
• Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), such as Docebo or a comparable platform.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce for data entry, lead management, or recordkeeping.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with a strong customer-service mindset.
