📋 Description

• Build and maintain cost-to-serve models for Training engagements across compute, delivery time, and
• Own Training pricing and recommend structures across committed engagements, usage-based pricing
• Track training capacity utilization and tie capacity plans to pipeline
• Run the monthly Training business review across bookings, utilization, margin, pipeline, and
• Own the Training forecast and annual plan, including compute needs, unit costs, and multi-year
• Partner with Product on new products from concept onward, building pre-launch business cases

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills, including building unit economics or
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives
• Comfortable building from scratch and making decisions with incomplete data in a fast-moving
• Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution
