📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide training initiatives from learning needs assessment through implementation
• Conduct learning needs analysis, audience analysis, role assessments, and business-process analysis
• Develop role-based training strategies and determine appropriate delivery approaches, including
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end learning solutions tailored to different
• Create e-learning modules, instructor-led and virtual training, instructional videos, multimedia
• Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, accessibility standards, and

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Learning and Development
• At least 2 years of experience conducting learning needs analysis, audience analysis, and
• At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end
• At least 2 years of experience facilitating instructor-led training in both in-person and virtual
• Experience designing or configuring digital adoption solutions, embedded user guidance, or
• Experience developing accessible e-learning, instructional videos, audio content, or other
