Transaction Advisory Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and
• Financial due diligence including drafting quality of earnings deliverables
• Analyze historical income statements and balance sheets to calculate, support, and propose
• Analyze monthly net working capital patterns, compute seasonality baselines and isolate
• Revenue recognition analysis
• Cash proof analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years of dedicated transaction advisory or
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, with demonstrated technical
• Prior experience leading workstreams or supervising staff on due diligence engagements.
• Demonstrated experience preparing and reviewing Quality of Earnings analyses and reports.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Experience working directly with private equity firms, strategic buyers, lenders, and business
