Proven leadership experience in transaction monitoring, including direct management of teams
Strong acquiring experience within an acquirer or Payment Facilitator (PayFac) environment
Solid understanding of card payment processing, acquiring risk, fraud prevention, and transaction
Hands-on SQL proficiency and ability to independently query and analyse transaction data
Practical experience developing, implementing, and optimising transaction monitoring rules and
Strong understanding of card scheme requirements (Visa and Mastercard), fraud monitoring
