Transition Team - Registered Nurse (Private Duty)

📋 Description

• Deliver quality care to infants, children, and adults with rare, complex diseases at home.
• Support the transition of care from hospital to BAYADA home care services.
• Provide extensive training to the ongoing BAYADA care team.
• Choose day shifts or overnight shifts; flexible scheduling.
• Join a dedicated Transition Team focused on client outcomes.
• FT – 40 hours per week.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license.
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience.
• Passing score on high-tech adult and pediatric simulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to travel throughout Chester, Delaware, and part of Montgomery County.
• Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule.
