Transition Team - Registered Nurse (Private Duty)

📋 Description

• RN role delivering home care for infants, children, and adults in PA.
• Full-time – 40 hours/week, day and overnight shifts.
• Supports transition of care from hospital to home care.
• Learn to care for clients with rare and complex diseases.
• Provide extensive training to ongoing BAYADA care team.

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license.
• NICU/PICU/ICU or home care trach/vent experience.
• Pass high-tech Adult and Pediatric simulations.
• CPR certification.
• Travel throughout Chester, DE, and parts of Montgomery County.
• Ability to work around pets.
