📋 Description

• Provide hospital-based medication management across the care team.
• Engage with patients face-to-face and by phone to support adherence.
• Educate patients on how Shields Pharmacy services improve care.
• Support outpatient retail and specialty prescription needs.
• Collaborate with clinicians to streamline operations and care.
• Handle data using multiple software platforms with strong tech skills.

🎯 Requirements

• CPhT certification preferred but not required.
• 2 years pharmacy technician experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of transplant/hepatitis C/HIV/oncology a plus.
