📋 Description

• Coordinate the mobilization, demobilization, and delivery of equipment and materials to project
• Manage import and export documentation, working closely with customs authorities and relevant
• Prepare, maintain, and administer transportation, driver, and cargo compliance documentation
• Organize equipment collections and deliveries to and from customer locations, ensuring
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers to secure reliable services
• Monitor and report on key logistics performance indicators, including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in transportation scheduling, dispatch operations
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate complex
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting, planning, and
