📋 Description

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal auto and commercial transportation claims in
• Manage claims of moderate complexity, including attorney-represented bodily injury cases and files
• Assess liability, determine coverage, evaluate damages, and develop appropriate claim strategies to
• Handle a variety of claim types, including collision, cargo, property damage, bodily injury, and
• Conduct independent coverage analyses and make informed decisions regarding claim handling
• Communicate effectively with clients, insured parties, legal representatives, medical providers

🎯 Requirements

• Have at least five years of professional experience in liability claims adjusting, transportation
• Be fluent in Spanish, with strong speaking and reading skills, and possess the ability to
• Hold active claims adjuster licenses as required by the relevant jurisdictions and maintain
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices, including investigation
• Have experience managing bodily injury claims, commercial general liability (CGL) claims, or
• Possess strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability
