Own on-time delivery: plan, control, monitor daily transport deployments and KPIs
Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and external parties on volumes and schedules
Procure ad-hoc capacity during spikes and keep goods moving
Keep transport management system accurate with reliable data
Identify bottlenecks in first-mile processes and help fix them
Position is a limited contract

🎯 Requirements

Degree in supply chain/logistics or equivalent hands-on experience
1+ years in freight forwarding or transport operations
German at B2+ and business-fluent English
Proactive, ownership-driven, able to solve problems independently
Experience in e-commerce logistics operations is a plus
