Complete driver's annual performance reviews
Review driver's Lytx and logs and coach according to company standards
Collaborate in driver onboarding and training

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma; some college or 2-year degree preferred
2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
2-3 years of route scheduling experience
Knowledge of Department of Transportation and FMCSA rules and regulations
Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and
Willingness to support 24-hour operation including carrying emergency cell phone
