Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversees a team of drivers [Class A and B] delivering to Domino’s Pizza stores
• Schedules drivers, routes trucks
• Reviews trip sheets for accuracy
• Ensures compliance with DOT regulations, state, local laws, and company policies
• Handles customer complaints and concerns
• Trains new drivers in job duties

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma; some college hours or 2-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and FMSCA rules and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, scanner
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation

• Salary: $80,000 - $88,000 per year
• Eligible for up to 10% company bonus
