Oversee a team of drivers delivering to Domino's Pizza stores
Schedule drivers and route trucks
Review trip sheets for accuracy
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, state and local laws, and company policies
Handle customer complaints and concerns
Train new drivers in job duties and safety

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma, some college hours, 2-year degree preferred
2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
2-3 years of route scheduling experience
Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
MS Office, SAP, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner equipment/software
Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying emergency cell phone
