Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of drivers (Class A and B) delivering to Domino's Pizza stores
• Schedule drivers, route trucks, review trip sheets for accuracy and ensure compliance with DOT
• Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively
• Train new drivers in job duties and safety
• Complete Job Safety Observations (JSO)
• Recruit, interview, select, and mentor drivers

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma, some college hours, 2-year degree preferred
• 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
• 2-3 years route scheduling experience
• Knowledge of Department of Transportation, FMCSA rules and regulations
• MS Office, SAP, Samsara, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), computers, and scanner
• Willingness to support a 24-hour operation, including carrying an emergency cell phone as needed
