Transportation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage the Transportation team including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring
• Attend and participate in IDT meetings, market tactical meetings, and clinic huddles
• Conduct driver ride-alongs to observe performance and provide coaching
• Address performance and conduct issues, including disciplinary actions and PRT escalations, in
• Oversee vehicle safety and preventative maintenance, including PMI oversight, vendor compliance
• Manage fleet documentation and maintain vehicle/market supply inventory and order requests

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency; professional experience may be substituted
• Participate in the DMV pull notice and random testing for alcohol and controlled substances
• Current valid state driver's license
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience working in a public or private transportation setting
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills in settings with seniors, their
