📋 Description

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes during pre-construction to
• Lead project start-up activities and develop comprehensive execution plans covering construction
• Supervise daily field construction activities and coordinate all trades, subcontractors, foremen
• Monitor job progress, schedule performance, and project costs in collaboration with the Project
• Provide accurate daily job-site reporting, including progress logs, documentation, and photographs.
• Verify drawing dimensions and field measurements for floors, walls, ceilings, and other project

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of project supervision experience, with 10 years preferred, particularly within
• Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, field coordination, and safety
• Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple trades and subcontractors while maintaining strong
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with
• Ability to identify discrepancies, anticipate project risks, and take proactive corrective action.
