Traveling Utility Locator

📋 Description

• Accurately identify, locate, and mark underground utilities to support damage prevention and safe
• Read and interpret utility maps, prints, plans, and other project documentation to determine
• Perform field locating work across grass, gravel, dirt, roadways, and other varied terrain
• Operate effectively in outdoor conditions throughout the year, including challenging weather
• Travel extensively throughout the United States and remain away from home for extended periods when
• Support day, evening, or night assignments and participate in overtime, weekend, and on-call work

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional utility locating experience
• Previous construction experience is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a company vehicle
• Ability to successfully complete a physical assessment, pre-employment drug screening, and
• Comfortable traveling throughout the United States and spending extended periods away from home
