Treasury Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day accounting and operational execution for derivative and hedging transactions
• Coordinate with Treasury to understand newly executed derivative transactions and ensure they are
• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly journal entries, account reconciliations, rollforwards
• Obtain, organize, and maintain trade confirmations, valuation reports, settlement information
• Prepare and maintain hedge designation documentation and other contemporaneous hedge accounting
• Perform and document ongoing quantitative and qualitative hedge effectiveness assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA and master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; experience with derivative and hedge accounting under ASC 815
• Background in public accounting, with Big Four experience preferred, and/or relevant industry
• Experience supporting SOX controls and internal or external audit requests.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
