Treasury Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the company's treasury function, driving its continuous improvement, scaling
• Own end-to-end relationships with banks and EMIs — negotiating fees, credit terms, and service
• Analyze current banking costs and proactively identify optimization opportunities (e.g., switching
• Lead the opening and closing of bank and EMI accounts, including onboarding for new jurisdictions
• Own KYC processes and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Identify financial and FX risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience specifically in a Treasury Manager role, preferably in IT, fintech, or a
• Hands-on experience with international banks, EMIs, and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, online
• Experience working with crypto payments/exchanges is a strong advantage
• Experience opening and closing bank/EMI accounts across multiple jurisdictions
• Solid understanding of KYC procedures and regulatory compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills and confidence negotiating directly with banks on fees and terms
