Trust & Assurance Lead

📋 Description

• Own assurance as engineering, instrumenting controls to report their own state, express policy as
• Own the certification program end-to-end: ISO 27001:2022, ISO 27701:2019, and SOC 2 Type II
• Drive down the cost of proof, with labor per audit cycle falling year over year
• Build AI assurance from nothing, including ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act obligations
• Own AI third-party risk and vendor assessments
• Lead high-consequence customer and partner assurance engagements (regulated financial services

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running a certification and audit program end-to-end for a cloud or SaaS company
• Shipped code or automation to serve a control objective
• Deep expertise in at least two of SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001
• Experience with enterprise customer security team or auditor interactions
• Cloud-native technical foundation: Kubernetes, containers, at least one major cloud, runtime
• Experience building with agentic tooling
