U.S. Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for U.S.-based roles, from initial sourcing and candidate
• Proactively identify, engage, and develop talent pipelines for high-priority Go-To-Market (GTM) and
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, employee referrals, and alternative
• Develop creative and targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles, clarify requirements, and
• Conduct recruiter screening conversations to assess candidates' experience, skills, qualifications

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting for
• Strong hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, with particular strength in
• Proven ability to proactively identify and attract high-caliber candidates for specialized and
• Experience recruiting within fast-paced startup or high-growth environments where priorities can
• Hands-on experience using Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn for recruitment and sourcing.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for candidate sourcing, talent identification, research, outreach
