📋 Description

• Owning Meta user acquisition strategies for web and app funnels across a portfolio of
• Planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns while managing significant monthly
• Developing campaign structures, improving account organization, and maintaining operational best
• Building and managing a structured creative testing process based on hypotheses, experimentation
• Monitoring campaign performance using CPA, ROAS, LTV, and scalability indicators to drive business
• Implementing automation improvements through platform rules, scripts, integrations, and third-party

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience managing Facebook/Meta User Acquisition campaigns, particularly for
• Demonstrated experience managing large advertising budgets, ideally at $100k+ per month, with
• Deep knowledge of Meta advertising best practices, including campaign structure, scaling
• Experience driving growth in the USA and Tier-1 markets; CIS-focused experience is not a fit.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data and make informed scaling
• Experience with automation tools, scripts, integrations, and improving operational workflows.
