• Proven large monthly budgets, $100k+ as baseline.
• Deep knowledge of Meta campaigns, bidding, measurement.
• USA and Tier-1 market growth experience required.
• Strong analytics to scale using CPA/ROAS/LTV data.
• Experience with automation tools and AI workflows.
