📋 Description

• Own Meta user acquisition strategies for web and app funnels.
• Focus on USA and Tier-1 markets with large monthly budgets.
• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns.
• Develop campaign structures and optimize tracking, domains, and payment flows.
• Build a structured creative testing process with hypotheses and analysis.
• Monitor CPA, ROAS, LTV, and scalability to drive growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level Facebook/Meta UA campaigns management for web/B2C.
• Experience managing $100k+ monthly budgets with ownership of outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of Meta best practices: structure, scaling, bidding, measurement.
• Experience growth in USA and Tier-1 markets (CIS not a fit).
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and inform scaling decisions.
• Experience with automation tools, scripts, integrations, and workflow improvements.
