UGC Creator Manager for a Fast-Growing DTC Brand

📋 Description

• Source, evaluate, and onboard UGC creators through platforms and channels such as Backstage
• Develop clear creator briefs, video scripts, hooks, and talking points that translate creative
• Coordinate content production and manage revision cycles to ensure deliverables meet creative
• Oversee quality control, usage permissions, and the handoff of approved creative assets to the paid
• Negotiate creator rates, manage agreements, and coordinate payments in line with agreed terms.
• Maintain an organized creator pipeline and accurate records for every creator in the CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing UGC creators for direct-to-consumer or e-commerce
• Proven experience producing or managing creator-generated content used in paid social advertising
• Strong understanding of what makes UGC effective in performance marketing, including compelling
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as CAC and ROAS, and the ability to use results to inform
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage a large creator
• Experience coordinating creator outreach, onboarding, content approvals, usage rights, agreements
