📋 Description

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analyses to understand user behaviors, needs, and
• Create user personas, user journeys, task flows, and sitemaps to define the structure and flow of
• Build low-fidelity and mid-fidelity wireframes to quickly iterate on layout concepts and user flows
• Create pixel-perfect, visually stunning user interface designs, adhering to modern design
• Establish, scale, and maintain comprehensive UI kits, component libraries, and design systems to
• Design seamless experiences across multiple devices and screen sizes, including desktop, tablet

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of industry-standard design and prototyping tools (specifically Figma, but also Sketch
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation
• Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React) to ensure
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a structured design process, user research case studies
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
