📋 Description

• Set creative and technical direction for UI/UX initiatives, balancing exceptional visual design
• Lead a mobile-first design approach across websites, applications, and omnichannel experiences
• Oversee scalable design systems, component libraries, Figma Variables, design tokens, and front-end
• Provide design leadership for complex e-commerce initiatives involving platforms such as Shopify

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital design, ideally within an agency or executive-level design role
• Expert UI design skills with practical front-end development understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including design systems participation.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and ecosystems (Shopify, Adobe Commerce) and their
