UI/UX Director

📋 Description

• Set creative and technical direction for UI/UX initiatives, balancing exceptional visual design
• Lead a mobile-first design approach across websites, applications, and omnichannel experiences
• Oversee scalable design systems, component libraries, Figma Variables, design tokens, and efficient
• Provide design leadership for complex e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Adobe Commerce, and
• Establish and maintain high standards for visual consistency, micro-interactions, motion, and WCAG

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in digital design, including significant background in creative
• Expert proficiency in UI design principles and tools, including strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe
• Practical front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such
• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, responsive design, mobile-first
• Experience designing and implementing design systems, component libraries, and front-end design.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce ecosystems and platforms such as Shopify and Adobe Commerce
