UI/UX Researcher & Designer - Canada

📋 Description

• Independently plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle.
• Conduct field studies, direct observation, interviews, workflow/task analysis, usability testing
• Set research priorities and methodologies in partnership with product management; recruit and
• Synthesize research data into personas, journey maps, and actionable insights.
• Own and evolve the research repository.
• Lead the design of intuitive interfaces from concept to release.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX) Design, Interaction
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and UX research, with a portfolio demonstrating both strong
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Demonstrated expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and producing design specifications.
• Demonstrated experience independently planning and leading user research using qualitative and
