UI/UX Researcher & Designer - US

📋 Description

• Independently plan and lead qualitative and quantitative UX research across the product lifecycle
• Set research priorities and methodologies for your product area in partnership with product
• Synthesize research data into personas, journey maps, and actionable insights, and translate
• Own and evolve our research repository so findings stay discoverable and continue to inform current
• Lead the design of intuitive interfaces from concept to release, grounded in a strong understanding
• Own design work end-to-end: produce wireframes, storyboards, functional prototypes, and detailed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX) Design, Interaction
• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and UX research, with a portfolio demonstrating both strong
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Demonstrated expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and producing design specifications.
• Demonstrated experience independently planning and leading user research using qualitative and

• Base pay range of $64,500 to $86,000/yr within any geographic market in the US
