• Empower Partnership Leads to bring market-specific event ideas to life with strategic guidance and
• Manage a UK events budget with clear goals, measurement frameworks, and ROI tracking.
• Build effective processes internationally to demonstrate impact and communicate wins internally.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in experiential event marketing and production with measurable business impact
• Strategic vision with attention to detail; exceptional communicator and organizer
• Creative flair with a natural storytelling ability
• Deep network of premier agencies and vendors across creative, production, and experiential
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Substack as a creator or subscriber
