📋 Description

• Architect and design UKG TeleStaff solutions aligned with customer requirements and business
• Execute implementation activities according to established methodologies, ensuring milestones and
• Lead the quality delivery of TeleStaff solutions across the practice.
• Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational rules to identify improvement
• Advise customers on system configuration, industry-specific functionalities, best practices, and
• Collaborate with colleagues across different areas of expertise to develop and deliver integrated

🎯 Requirements

• Previous UKG TeleStaff experience is required.
• 3–10 years of experience implementing UKG TeleStaff Cloud or previous versions.
• At least 5 years of related professional experience, preferably delivering unified Workforce
• Strong understanding of UKG modules and workforce management solutions.
• Broad knowledge of scheduling, workforce management, HR and payroll, ERP, or comparable enterprise
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
