Underwriting Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

📋 Description

• Analyze and underwrite credit risk for PLG deals at multiple levels.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and bankers to finalize bridge loans.
• Complete due diligence materials and respond to inquiries.
• Perform site inspections to assess collateral and income.
• Prepare underwriting narratives and cash flow estimates for large deals.
• Present recommendations to Senior Underwriters and approval committees.
• Maintain communication with Senior Directors and mortgage network.
• Coordinate with loan officers, closers, and counsel to close loans.
• Demonstrate CRE underwriting knowledge, including cash flow forecasting.
• Other duties as assigned.
